I brought it here for a repair of my power window switch which had started to malfunction. They diagnosed and repaired the problem in one hour (I scheduled an 8 am appointment one day ahead of time). Fresh donuts and a deluxe coffee machine in a comfortable lounge made the wait seem even shorter (not to mention free WiFi and newspapers). My service-man was Eric, who was excellent as well.
